Headset Mic dont work

I tried the last days to go into convetsations with some people, and realiced that my mic dont work.
Tried
Apple air Pods gen2
Steelseries arctic 9
Both Bluetooth.
I cant find any settings for the Mic.
Can anyone give me a tip.
