The Longest Journey window appearing in top left corner

Running The Longest Journey from GOG library. 2020 M1 Mac, 16GB - Using Wine Crossover - 23.7.1-1 (although the issue persists when using Whisky as well) - No option to adjust resolution in game or in a pre-game launcher - 'Emulate a Virtual Desktop' option greyed out when accessing winecfg - Adding -fullscreen to the command line doesn't seem to work. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
