Underextrusion with different nozzles

I have severe underextrusion using different nozzles. Using 0.5mm cht nozzle. Extrusion distance checks out. Using orbiter 2.0. Extruding filament gives me a 0.5 dia. Applying a 130mm Extrusion factor gives me wonderful results.

No other [extruder] has been touched Ok. So the Generic Ratrig PETG has a flow of 0.93 which for a filament needing about 103 adds up.
