Allowing a port?

Hi guys. Wanted to open a port to make Black Ops 3's NAT type open on my Bazzite system. I worry the port might not be allowed from the computer. Please let me know if that's how it works? Tried opening some ports via the browser but no dice.

any ports over 1024 is open by default.

Also, use firewalld for any port changes

Hey guys. So the port I need to open looks to be allowed through the firewall. It is also set up on my router to allow the port, yet I'm still getting Moderate NAT type in Black Ops 3. Just wanted to know if there's anything I might be missing? Trying to open UDP port 27017 primarily

Also tested DMZ on the system's IP, where nothing changed

well, I tested setting the IP for the system as DMZ in the router's Wireless settings

NAT type in Bo3 is Moderate, as it would be by default

The thing is, I have set IPs for my main desktop as well as this bazzite system. Both systems should have these ports forwarded (perhaps that’s the issue?)

yeah that would cause open nat to be possible on your main rig

I had an issue a while back and found it to be a router setting "Wireless Isolation mode" so devices could talk to the internet but they couldn't talk to each other on the same network
