that's safe to be ignored
did you have the epic games launcher installed and uninstalled it?
I'd try repairing the game, I understand epic can mess up games after uninstalling it (some people have reported it simple removed the games completely)
in the game details page in heroic > 3 dots menu > verify and repair

hmmm it has the same error for another folder, not sure what's happening there (I've seen that in other reports but I don't remember seeing an answer)

hmmm might be related to games using the visual c++ runtime, do own the game but I don't have windows to try it out so I'm not sure what else to try, maybe someone else sees this and know what to do
personally what I would try is: install the official Epic Games Launcher and the game with it, and see if the error is gone (if the problem happens with epic then the issue is the game itself and not heroic)
then you can also try importing the game to heroic from the epic games installation and see if that works (if the game works then it means something is wrong when heroic installs the game)
