Games fail to launch if umu-launcher is enabled

Trying to launch any game with umu-launcher enabled in advanced settings. Attached is an example log of trying to launch a game, with the problematic line being steam-runtime-launch-client[428]: E: Unable to convert /app fd 16 into path: different file inside and outside sandbox. Having the same issue on two different PCs, both running Arch. I've uninstalled the system umu-launcher just to make sure that wasn't interfering but got the same result.

This seems to be an upstream issue. As I've mentioned in #🎮-gaming, umu got updated (at least in the Lutris API, which is what we're using) a few hours ago. Seems like this update didn't go well

An update was pushed 4 hours ago to address this. The issue should now be fixed

heroic pulls from the repo.. but if you have umu installed through your package manager or similar, it may not be updated and heroic prefers the system installation over its own

I only use heroic no manual installation, do you think reinstall heroic again & delete all prefixes?

None of that is necessary. Heroic should just be updating umu automatically with no further action necessary If that's not working, send in game & global log files
