HWID ban

so i just bought this pc and i try to play val on it and i get met with a VAN152 error code which means the hardware on my pc is banned, idk the previous owner and this pc is brand new, i did submit a ticket, but i wanna know if anyone knows if i can get around this quicker, ty.
