The point count seems wrong on this specific message
The same 4-5 people added those downvote emojis, and my guestimation is that the points should be ~40-45. Originally downvote_emojis contains 
, but I removed it via /starboard edit requirements and then /utils recount. My override is only toggling the enabled flag on whitelisted channels and nothing else. My filters are at most filtering 3 users out.

Solution
Hmm. Well, it’s worth noting that a recount will never remove votes, so if you remove a downvote emoji it’ll still be counted.
