Problem with Illinois (main server) lag issues.
Before I left for college during 2023 of September, I had no lag issues whatsoever. Coming back on April 2024, I suddenly noticed the unstable servers. I live in Ontario Canada, so my main server is always Illinois. I tried everything from resetting my IP, DNS, contacting ISP (Explore), router/network reset, reinstalling valorant but still no luck. Any helpers?

My average ping before would be 30-40ms
Spoke to my ISP, seems to have no problems.

Hey man, I've seen users located in the Ontario area are experiencing the same problem as you. Could you please run a traceroute to 192.207.0.0?

i used to get 50-60 on illi and texas
now all servers are insanely high
same, somehow i’m having lag spikes when i’m on ethernet so weird
i get like 100mbps download and 10mbps upload
it doesn’t make any sense cause i was out for college and it was working fine, until I got home back to Ottawa
the only thing i can conclude from it is ISP changing routing, not much we can do.

same i get like 20ms on fortnite, siege, apex and etc
