EU4 installed thru EGS, Paradox Launcher can't find connection.
Game Issue:
Paradox Launcher cannot find connection thus disallowing access to launcher updates and mods.
Tried fixes:

Tried fixes:
- Checking if I had connection. I did.
- Turned off the firewall for home, office, and public. It didn't work.
- Changed my runner versions. Nothing also worked.
