No one cares
I created a request from within the game but did not get a response. I wrote to customer service and only received an automatic message. When I asked for help from Discord, you asked me to send an e-mail. I sent an e-mail and received an automatic message that I had to create a request from within the game. Then, because of the automatic message, I sent the photos here again. Another link was given to me. When I went to the link, it was sent to the redit channel. I complained there but did not even get a response. It is unfair that I spent money on the game and I was banned when I was not even in the game and no one cares. What a disgrace.
