Remote CEF Debugging Won't Open Port 8081
Either through Decky Loader settings, or through developer tab in steam BPM settings, enabling remote CEF debugging seems to permit localhost connections through 8080, but port 8081 does not seem to open, even after adding rules to firewall (which already allows the range) or disabling firewall all together.
after confirming that in ~/.steam/steam the file ".cef-enable-remote-debugging" was in fact created, still the port does not open. On stock steam os on a steam deck CEF worked first try, so this seems to be a Bazzite Quirk
