High GPU Utilization and Stuttering using HDMI Display on Legion Laptop

I am using a Lenovo Legion Slim 5 14APH8 and I am running a fresh install of Bazzite with KDE Plasma. Everything works just fine on my laptop display, but doing anything on my HDMI display, like moving a window around, can cause the Nvidia GPU utilization to spike as high as 70% in NVIDIA X Server Settings. I believe this might have something to do with my HDMI port being driven by the dGPU and the laptop display being driven by the iGPU.

I'm kinda new to Linux, so please let me know if I can provide any more details!
