Only Synchronize Self-Shot Pictures

I installed immich a few weeks ago (Docker + iOS App) and am super happy with it. However, I wonder how I can synchronize only the pictures I‘ve taken with the camera, i.e., exclude images saved from the web or from Discord.
WhatsApp makes this easy, as it stores all images in a separate album that I can exclude. But Discord, for example, does not.
iOS seemingly knows where an image comes from (see attached screenshot), so I have hope that it is possible to distinguish camera shots from other images
