encoded-videos showing up when only importing pictures
I'm trying to import photos from an external library. There are no video files in the external library. Videos are still showing up in the encoded-videos folder, none of which will play even in VLC. My best guess is that these are motion photos. However, all of the images in this folder had gone through exiftool to remove any embedded videos, which I assume is why none of the videos can play. This still causes a major issue though as it's transcoding hundreds of GBs of videos for no reason. Is there a way to completely disable video encoding?
