Low fps after changing hardware

Yesterday i got a b550 aorus elite and a ryzen 7 5700x , my fps is 75 stable without going lower and when i move my mouse it goes up to 140 fps then back down

i used to have b450 and ryzen 5 5500 and had around 200 fps , idk what is wrong with it , i tried every solution i could find with no avail.
