its good, very on brand but nothing that really has me super exited. do love these pants though
ya i agree but wanna see the material comp on some of these to have a better idea
auralee to me is always better at making individual pieces than a collection
like this is all super cohesive and looks good, but the interesting stuff they do is all materials driven imo
slightly more grandpa core than prior collections though
may take these pants
yeah i agree with this, i love my auralee mohair sweater the texture is amazing.
my singular contribution is how insanely good their wool flannel shirt felt in person
they're sort of more "slow fashion" if that phrase isn't completely dead yet so I always have reasonable expectations w them
colors are a little disappointing for me tho. they usually have more surprising pops of saturation
all their shit is nice
the stuff is for sure made super well and feels great, its just also not doing anything crazy new or inventive with this one
i picture ryota iwai gentling cradling his fabric / knit swatches and asking them what sort of clothes they want to be when they grow up
it is what their design process basically sounds like it is

Amazing fabrics. The styles are kinda plain but I love wearing all my Auralee items
Does anyone have the wool check shirts? I'm deciding between the size 3 and 4 because I prefer more volume but sleeve length is throwing me off. One shop says ~20" from shoulder while others are at 23-24"

Nothing crazy obviously and not that much to discuss in an auralee show, but thought there was some good suiting, I liked the patterned fits, and I spot a pair of jeans I may want to grab

Looks like it's either garment dyed denim or a chino though
i was trying to figure out if the hoods in this look for example are detachable accessories. that's their seasonal suede jacket shown later in look 32 but with a cute rain hood

The hood goes over the jacket collar so my head can't think of any other way that's possible

like the idea of being able to put a hood on hoodless jackets when it's lightly raining or windy. assuming it stays in place well
is sizing consistent in auralee? on the website they say 3 = XS, 4 = S, 5 = M etc. but I always see the usual clothing models on other sites wear 4 or even 3
i think across items no. the cotton button down doesn't fit my neck in a 4 while my wool one does while being slightly slimmer in the chest. my cardigan from last season is a 3 and fits close to a true medium/48. meanwhile the sweater i have is slightly roomy in a 4
