Komodo simulation has one for €900, not in stock though, in fact they don't seem to have anything in stock.

There are diy projects on thingieverse with BOM's, even with a 7" screen.

I‘m from germany. I understand your complains about the shipping costs to europe. But finally for me Alain‘s device from Canada was cheaper than a komodo Tedac from the UK. And it looks way better.

I am sure you could print money with a resin printer and some decent quality built niche hardware like the TEDAC or Apache cyclic grip.

Resin printed parts are great. The Tedac‘s grips are done with it and it feels great
