System corrupt Japanese files
I cannot seem to figure out how to add Japanese to be displayed correctly, it comes out as weird letters and squares, I added the language in the system settings page, but it doesn't seem to fix it, somehow google isn't helping me find the fix, been trying for hours.
Solution
Since I know the fonts are working now, and other games/VN's display, it turns out it was the unzipping with Ark that was causing the problem, using "unzip -O SHIFT_JIS RJ01317203.zip" has now solved the issue!
