Steam games load black or white screen, but game is actually running
TLDR; I'm running Bazzite with Steam OS like experience on and I'm seeing a black screen but I can hear the game and interact with it blindly.
Hey all, I've been enjoying gamjng on the steam deck for a while now and I just built a pc just the other day. I wanted to try Linux gaming since the SD runs it pretty ok, I am aware that Bazzite is not Steam OS so experience is different. I set it all up and trying to load a game, got an error about visual c++. "Ah right, protons"
I enabled them, and the game turns on but it's just a black screen. I can hear the game and even the sound effects for mousing over clickables but it's not giving visual feedback. I'm a bit lost, so maybe someone might have knowledge on this?
I'm running a Ryzen 5700GT, Intel Arc B580, 32GB Ram
