Black Screen on Full Screen games or videos
bug
Sometimes whenever I launch a game on full screen or borderless fullscreen, or a youtube video or VLC player video and turn them on full screen, the screen goes black.
just the screen though, the game or video does not stop running or playing.
when I alt-tab to something else I can see the game or video that was previously black is now running in the background and I can see it, but the moment I click on it to focus back on it and play, it turns the screen black again.
This happens sometimes but not every time I play. I don't really know how to reproduce it but I know it has a higher chance of happening when I alt-tab during a game launching.
restarting the games does NOT fix it. restarting the PC fixes DOES it.
some info in case it helps:
I'm using KDE plasma, Nvidia RTX 2070 super. I have 2 monitors of different resolutions and refresh rates. It happens on the main monitor where I play, I haven't seen it happen in the smaller monitor but I never do full screen on that one so I wouldn't know.
