Django on Render with Neon DB
I made changes to my db and pushed to github, but migrations dont run. When I run migrations normally it says No migrations to apply but the migration file exists. Is from render or neon and how do I solve it? I am using Django

In django I run python manage.py makemigrastions <app> which works then the final command which is python manage.py migrate <app> says no migration to apply meaning its already applied but it doesnt apply to the neon db
