Upload failed using iPhone app

Hi, I'm able to upload images manually using the web app but not the iPhone app.

When I try to upload all images, it seems get stuck at 100% but then still has items remaining as seen in the images.

When I manually try to upload an image in the app, I get an error as in the provided logs:

this image isn't particularly special, it's just an 1mb image with from the phones camera.
