Upload failed using iPhone app

Hi, I'm able to upload images manually using the web app but not the iPhone app. When I try to upload all images, it seems get stuck at 100% but then still has items remaining as seen in the images. When I manually try to upload an image in the app, I get an error as in the provided logs:

this image isn't particularly special, it's just an 1mb image with from the phones camera.

Are you connecting over local IP? No proxy or cloudflare

I was connecting via domain name but it's routed in the LAN network I think I was missing the websocket configuration in the nginx reverse proxy now I'm having another issue with trying to use GPU acceleration. should I make another ticker for that?
