Solution
This is a new feature. Since you have reached the limit of sending popularity of a total worth of 500 UC each day, you will only be able to send popularity that you purchase with such as BP or silver for now, and will be able to send UC popularity after the daily reset. You can also level up your game account for a higher limit.
