Unexpected Error

Hi, i am pretty new to neon postgres, i am building my project in next js, using ts and python backend , it was running fine a few days back, but for the past 4 days i am getting this error , whats the issue ? while checking console it is showing WebSocket connection to 'wss://ep-proud-cherry-.......ap-southeast-1.aws.neon.tech/v2' failed: update - if i am switching on the VPN then at the neon postgres interface i can see the tables and it is not giving error , but still i am not able to connect it to my local app, in console its giving errno: -3008, code: 'ENOTFOUND',
