Shader water rendering bug when DH is on

My version is DistantHorizons-fabric-2.3.0-b-dev-1.21.4
Shaders used
  1. Bliss - comit 482 (The first 2 pics)
  2. BSL - v8.4.01.2 (The last 2 pics)
    Only happens if render LOD is on
    Happens on all bodies of water.
    (I have also used photon shaders, which doesnt have this bug)

Solution
try updating it with the latest build from #links-n-downloads
