DH not rendering behind water when using shaders

Pretty self explainatory
Distant horizons don't render if there is a layer of water
Included picture of me standing in a room behind a waterfall and the same in front of the water
shader is Complementary, which is in the compat list (tried reimagined and unbound both with and without Euphoria Patches

Issue does not persist without shaders
