Is the paid plan per project or per account?
We have a use case in our startup that would require around 100 database instances. Supabase require us to pay $25 per project neon showed that $19 per month gives 100 projects. So does that mean if we pay $19 per month I get 100 db instances?

Is there no way to have distinct branch systems for different databases without creating separate plans? I'd like to have a bit of a SOA setup and it seems like I'd have to pay $19/service/month to do that
