Not a single bug report has been adressed since 18/01/2025. Is it because of the transition to the new system or what?
Solution
All bug reports get processed, this includes reports in which you are asked to provide more information. You will only receive a response if there is an update regarding your report. If you have not received a response yet then that means there hasn't been an update.
