Wind Charges
I cannot get wind charges to work correctly. They do not interact with the player throwing them(aka cant boost yourself) & no particles appear when they are thrown. I have tried removing essentials, and worldguard thinking they conflicted with something- that did not fix this issue.
(I also went through spigot.yml/bukkit.yml and server.prop could not find anything)
EDIT: It was builders utilities that was breaking it.
