Solution

For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.

And if your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.

The only trusted third-party site is midasbuy. Alternatively you can buy uc through in-game purchase. I think you have your answer already, “Carry1st” probably is what got your account banned.

midasbuy is the only trusted uc sellers other uc sellers are a scam and can get your acc banned, untrusted sites can have cookies that pubg can see as harmful that could be why they suspended your account

Again, read what he typed there, that’s possibly the reason for your ban. Using any other not-trusted site to purchase uc is always not recommended, if you insist to go ahead then you’re putting your account at risk of getting banned.
