Fortnite doesn't start and keeps making small updates after each try

https://0x0.st/8Zye.log https://0x0.st/8Zy2.log I wanted to start Fortnite through Steam like I usually do earlier, only to get an error (I forgot to screenshot it, sorry). I just remember that it had the word "missing" in it. When I tried to launch through heroic nothing happened but a new update appeared. Tried to launch it a few times but I always got the same result. No game and a new update. When I try to launch through Steam now I get this window

Something seems to have interrupted a past game update (perhaps you shut down your PC while Heroic was running) Close Heroic, restart your PC, then delete C:\Users\Beny\AppData\Roaming\heroic\legendaryConfig\legendary\installed.json.lock
