Get game list issue

Having following issue getting game list. I tried relogging, nothing works, with both EpicGames auth methods. Error when trying to install game, library shows tho: 
An error has occurred! Try to Logout and Login on your Epic account.

does it happen when installing any game or only with a particular game?
