✅ visual studio code can't recover design

when i was working on my project suddenly the electricity was cut off and my pc turned off when i opened the pc i can't find the codes that i wrote and this window appears. How can i recover them if i can ?

the error can't be read by 90% of the server as well due to the lanauge setup

close VS
remove the hidden folder

remove all binbin and objobj folder next to each csproj (DO NOT TOUCH THE .git.git FOLDER OR WHAT'S INSIDE)
restart vs

and also stop opening/editing/changing/saving .designer.cs.designer.cs files

if the app is small you can also concider delete it entirely and re-do
