Alternative EXE (CKAN Launcher for KSP1)

Hello i want to use CKAN launcher for KSP.
And it doesn't work. While running

I think ckan.exe is getting some unnessesary arguments

when i open ckan.exe with some arguments which it doesnt expect it gives same issue
