Under extrusion?
I’ve run into an issue on any larger prints where I am getting wavy lines seen in video and images attached.
500mm idex. Printing single tool head at max flow rate of 15mm^3/s
Acceleration on outter walls is 2500
Any ideas? I have checked for clogs, made sure my cooling fan is working for tool head, and I am running an extrusion max flow rate test.
PA is set to .019 per my tower results.
Flow ratio is .96 per test results as well

I have the exact same artifacts. Did you manage to find what it is?
Nope. I completely took apart my idex head and went back to hybrid.
I have printed something like 15 benchys and 20 Voron cubes trying to tune the printer and still getting inconsistent results on the extrusions and flow.

I have found that the PLA profile ratting has in orca is likely way to much flow. I am running about 15mm3/s. 20 seems to be to much
I also have this problem! I've changed almost everyting mechanical, and tried i don't know how many calibration runs etc. Even just got a Chube hotend so i wouldn't run out of flow - and in general i don't. But. Every time there's corners, or seams, it seems to happen - and on overhangs especially
Check to make sure filament isn't binding from where the spool is located. I had to relocated my spool from the bottom of the printer to on top.
I don't currently have an enclosure. So if you do that might be an issue.
My spool is on top.
What fixed it for me was switching to a new rapido 2.
I even tried switch back to the original and had the same issue.
As to the lines and artifacts I called out my input shaper wrong
