Under extrusion?

What can I change to become a smooth surface, in the middle? PLA 220°C, bed 60°C.

When I turn the object..the same problem, different place.. Problem solved, the PLA have full cooling needed and have the bed temp set to 60*C and 10mmm brim for the adhesie on the bed.👍
