Odd isssue now trying to run VAOC

So I upgraded my motor mounts and xy joint.

When I run VAOC now and move T0 in center then click T1 and do the same. When comes back to T0 it now heats up the hotend and sits here for awhile.

The recenter T0 and when click on T1 I get this error now:

Shutdown due to Switched states detected in idex_mode.py. Please restart the host controller.
Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the
"FIRMWARE_RESTART" command to reset the firmware, reload the
config, and restart the host software.
Printer is shutdown
