Using Effect for Incremental Adoption in an AI App with Langchain and OpenAI API
Hi, I am using Effect in an AI app and it's basically a LLM whatsapp agent.
Because Effect came into the codebase a little late ( and saved the day with style!!! Error Handling and FP is soooo much life quality ), we're not using the Effect package for the AI stuff cus we have an incremental adoption mindset
Currently we're doing a very basic Langchain calls OpenAI API with some tools ( that are choosen on a "per request" basis cus they vary depending on some context, like authentication )
I'm here just to say hi and maybe have a nice conversation
I love the idea of a dedicated ai channel!
