i cant play more than 5 minutes of gta in my m3 macbook without it crashing

i downloaded gta today through heroic epic games and crossover idk how i linked those three but the thing is it got downloaded in my mac and it ran fine for 30 min then it crashed and now i cant play for 5 min without it crashing.

since its an out of memory error there's not much you can do... lower your graphics settings to low
