This might sound odd but: Is your system time set correctly?
There's definitely weirdness regarding SSL in that log

Yeah I'm not sure why this is happening, sorry. Something is very wrong with your networking setup, but I don't know macOS well enough to tell you how to resolve it. Only things online about this error are cases where you're running through a proxy (where an error like this would be expected)
