GPU Clock Speed 50% worse since last night

I'm not really sure what happened, but I had trouble booting for a few minutes on my Win Mini 2025. Ever since it booted, the GPU has just went between 600-900 MHz, instead of the usual 1200+ I was getting while playing games.

I tried a fresh install of Bazzite (specifically bazzite-deck-stable), and that hasn't fixed the issue either.
