Hello, I am trying to contact support as im being charged different amount every month and I have NO paid services that I can see. Had to come here to get help instead of something that can be done the website

Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community. Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place. weird, did you go to the support portal linked in that bot message? The path I'd then take is Billing > Cancellations, scroll past all the blue boxes and down to "Summary", fill that out and then click "Add more details" underneath "Still need to submit a case?" to get it through
it sounds like you might be clicking through the blue wizards for solving problems yourself rather than scrolling past to the point that lets you open a ticket
