Creating a new project fails with error "consumption history period not found by user_id"
Hey, after restoring my Neon account, I cannot create new projects anymore.
After clicking create an error notification appears with the error:
consumption history period not found by user_id; user_id:"<my-user-id>". I replaced my actual user id with <my-user-id> for this post.
I also tried different settings for the project, but nothing seems to work.
Is this a known issue after restoring an account? What can I do to create a new project?

Hi @Julius we're looking into the issue for you

Hi @Julius , while we're working on the fix, could you please create a support ticket and share your user_id there, so that we can unblock your account?

Sure, thanks for working on it! I'm currently on the Free plan—do I need to upgrade first to create a ticket, as mentioned on your pricing page?

@Julius send a DM with your user_id

Great, I've just sent a DM with my user_id to @Daniil
Just so you know, I found a workaround by creating a new Neon DB through Vercel. This placed it in a new organization, which seems to work. However, the issue still persists in my personal org
Any update on this? I still can't create new projects in my personal org

@Daniil did this get fixed?
