Unable to add domain to account - possibly old unpaid orphaned account?
Hey folks,
Just bought a new domain (flux.inc) , and on adding it to the account, get
"could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page."
There's no billing issue with my account, but I suspect the old owner has an unpaid bill on an account with this domain (I added a credit card to see if that would help, nope). No reply from support. Curious if anyone has any work arounds? Adding other domains works fine!
