Unable to Add Domain – Zone on Hold

Hi, I’m trying to add my domain to Cloudflare, but I’m getting the following error:
"The zone name provided is subject to a hold which disallows the creation of this zone. Please contact the owner of the Cloudflare account that manages this domain to have the hold removed."
"The zone name provided is subject to a hold which disallows the creation of this zone. Please contact the owner of the Cloudflare account that manages this domain to have the hold removed."
I own the domain and have full control over it (DNS registrar access, etc.), but I don’t know which Cloudflare account currently has a hold on it. I do not have an Enterprise account. Questions: Is there a way to remove this hold without Enterprise support? Can someone at Cloudflare tell me what account is holding the zone so I can reach out or prove domain ownership? Where can I escalate this issue or get help to resolve it? Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thanks!

The domain was using the Cloudflare nameservers it is currently active on for a short period last year (March to April). Any idea what company that might've been with?

Not exactly. I did find that we had partially shared credentials with SmartGroup to help them set up their email, but I'm not sure if that's related to this issue.

If you don't know which company has the hold on your domain, you need to submit a support ticket and explain that you would like the hold removed.

It looks like the company that has the hold on your domain might be skynet.be, which you used before switching to one.com nameservers. Did you maybe sign up for Cloudflare through them in the past?
