Unable to Add Domain – Zone on Hold
Hi, I’m trying to add my domain to Cloudflare, but I’m getting the following error:
I own the domain and have full control over it (DNS registrar access, etc.), but I don’t know which Cloudflare account currently has a hold on it. I do not have an Enterprise account.
Questions:
Is there a way to remove this hold without Enterprise support?
Can someone at Cloudflare tell me what account is holding the zone so I can reach out or prove domain ownership?
Where can I escalate this issue or get help to resolve it?
Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thanks!

Feedback has been submitted! Thank you :)
what is the domain?
jobexpo.be
The domain was using the Cloudflare nameservers it is currently active on for a short period last year (March to April).
Any idea what company that might've been with?
Not exactly. I did find that we had partially shared credentials with SmartGroup to help them set up their email, but I'm not sure if that's related to this issue.
If you don't know which company has the hold on your domain, you need to submit a support ticket and explain that you would like the hold removed.
and where do i submit that ticket
?support

Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

It looks like the company that has the hold on your domain might be skynet.be, which you used before switching to one.com nameservers.
Did you maybe sign up for Cloudflare through them in the past?
