The abuse team is very much a seperate team inside Cloudflare, and that form is pretty much the only way to reach them. Regular employees/us can't escalate anything related to abuse, they all have to go through that form.

I'd still not recommend resorting to that in the meantime though, I'm having a look and seeing if we can escalate this

If you're able, could you check the network logs of your browser at the time it happens, look for a request with a url starting https://challenges.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/challenge-platform/h/g/orchestrate/chl_api/v1?https://challenges.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/challenge-platform/h/g/orchestrate/chl_api/v1? and share the content of the ray=ray= parameter in it? That ID can help cloudflare to track down the request in their system a lot easier

Did you have to take any extra steps beyond registering the webhook? Like is there anywhere inside my Pages settings that I can select webhook topics or something?

strange. I have my wehook set up there but not getting any notifications upon deployment of the Pages project. Seems strange to set up webhooks like this cause it assumes i want all possible webhook events i guess?
