Which service is this billing item supposed to be tied to?

I got my invoice recently and I notice a charge that takes basically 99% or more of my billable invoice balance.

I am trying to understand wether this belongs to a domain cache OR to an R2 bucket. Despite this Id LOVE to have more detailed billing info with fine grained explanation but I can't find in the UI

So basically it's a fixed tier minimal charge as I see

cause I stupidly enabled it but no requests at all, it ended unused

That because the billable quantity is rounded up to the nearest million. So basically you will charge at least $4.5 + $0.36 = $4.86/mo + tax after enable it without usage.
