False reclaim
They hacked my phone and used it to send a claim with an email that is not mine. Is there any way to cancel that claim or change the email that the hacker put? Are they going to give my account to a hacker even though I have all the proof that it is mine?

Hello, @KingCrimson . If you are not able to access your account because it is hacked or compromised, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.
Make sure that you submit your claim on the device you used most frequently to log into the game and provide as much information as possible.
Only submit an account recovery request through the community support form if the recovery claim submitted in-game is rejected.
