Got banned and riot is not even resolving it.
Yesterday at 10 am IST my friend was playing and had some intense interactions with people in game. He called someone regard which even I did not knew was a bannable chat. Its been 24 hours riot hasn't replied to my ticket. What should I do?

I am waiting. Been almost 36 hours now . Riot has become so slow nowadays.

It may take up to a week to receive a response from player support, but sometimes it may be sooner. This depends on how many tickets are currently in the queue.
For my last 2 tickets it was just 12 14 hours but this has taken more than combined
Submitting multiple tickets sends you to the back of queue btw
